Only little people pay tax. VIP conspiracy.

BBC TV, Panorama 16 Sept 2013, showed a French whistle blower living in Nice, France, who provided the French and Spanish tax collectors with thousands of names of tax-haven accounts at HSBC Bank. He also sent 3,000 names to the UK tax collectors Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs HMRC who agreed that the tax-payers were committing crimes. 3 years on, HMRC had brought just one case, which they later dropped. HMRC promised Parliament's Public Accounts Committee that they would pursue another 12 cases - but have never started these cases. They simply contemptuously lied to Parliament.

The TV program sent an ex-Tax Inspector (of the old non-bribed school) to London conferences by David Heaton on How to Fiddle the Books like ENRON and other infamous, non-tax paying multinationals. While spreading the word on how to keep two sets of books and get away with it, to thousands of accountants and lawyers, Heaton was hired by Chancellor George Osborne's department to advise the UK Treasury on tax compliance. UK government is stuffed full of semi-retired, revolving door, top tax fiddlers - many from the Big 4 auditors (who as Auditors formally approve and sign off the fraudulent accounts); advisers who have powerful vested interests in "proving" their past, present and future tax schemes are legal. (Read Private Eye) Otherwise, they will be liable to their clients and may go to prison. I reverse my previous view that there is no tax-haven conspiracy; the USA and UK tax for toffs industry IS a massive conspiracy with these professional tax fiddlers at the heart of it.

How can you join this privileged club and pay no tax - ever? Just buy a tax-haven limited company for $300 and send false invoices to yourself, which you deduct from your taxable income. HMRC and the IRS have already approved many trillions of dollars of such "tax-evasion-capital-flight". Mr Heaton and his cronies embedded in OECD governments can assure you that yours will also get approved - like a dream and "perfectly legally". It is wrecking national economies - but Hey! Only little people pay tax.
