DODGE, AVOID, EVADE TAX TO BANKRUPT BRITAIN & GREECE

2nd July 2015.

THE DUMB GREEKS ARE BORROWING BACK THE MONEY GOUGED TAX-FREE FROM THEIR ECONOMY BY TAX-EVADERS. WILL THEY EVER STOP THE SCAM?

2nd July 2015 – Letter to the Guardian.

The Greek €1.6B IMF payment due now, is €500 per household – a month’s income for poor families (Germany turns the screw – Guardian 2 July 15). The largest cause of the €316B national debt, €140,000 per family, is tax-evasion-capital-flight, e.g. The Lagarde List of HSBC Zurich Accounts includes €500,000,000 hidden by the Papandreou  family – just one Greek family has buried half-a-billion Euros. Shipping families pay no taxes. Repatriation of the capital-flight from the world’s 72 tax-havens, via normal back-tax cases, will pay off the whole Greek debt. The Guardian reports today a stark example, the $1B stolen from ruined Moldova, siphoned to tax-havens. Similarly, the UK’s, Italy’s, Spain’s and Portugal’s debts, and those of all emerging economies, will be re-paid when the $32 trillion global total in tax-havens (80 million jobs), gouged from national High Streets, is clawed back by tax collectors. Are Alex Tsipras of Greece, and Jean Claude Juncker of corporate tax-haven Luxembourg, too polite to mention this illicit, vast, offshore hoard? Tax-evasion-capital-flight is the nub of these Greek Wars between the super-rich and the struggling poor.

Rt Hon David Gauke MP
Conservative Treasury Minister
UK – Conservative Minister dodges, avoids or evades proposed CCCTB tax rules.

Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base - It is no surprise that The Guardian today publishes an article, BRITAIN REJECTS PLAN TO FIGHT TAX AVOIDANCE; but what they really mean is that Tory Treasury Minister, David Gauke, not Britain, refuses to cooperate with Europe and America to stop multinationals, criminals, tax-planners and super-rich individuals from evading taxes “on an  industrial scale”. The Tories won 37% of the May 2015 vote. Most UK politicians and public servants do want to stop tax-evasion.

INTERNATIONAL TAX EXPERT RICHARD MURPHY WROTE TODAY ON CCCTB.

“Turn a blind-eye” David Gauke is at least being consistent in continuing to support wholesale tax-evasion. He and ex-Head of UK tax Dave Hartnett, are infamous for giving “soft, sweetheart deals” to Britons with offshore secret accounts; and to multinationals using LuxLeaks style self-invoicing to pay no tax on huge revenues siphoned from the UK.

Minister Gauke must be terrified by the threat of having to identify “Who in UK Government uses tax-havens?” as many of his most bullish close colleagues, in all Parties and Departments, are known to have offshore assets, trusts and companies. They would lynch him if he allowed them to be taxed, like ordinary citizens are taxed. They are too posh, too powerful or too rich to pay taxes. “Only little people pay tax”.

In my opinion, the entire political-sham campaign of rushing into a UK referendum to quit the EU – or at least be exempt from EU laws – is a panic measure to dodge, avoid or evade the raft of coming European Court decisions that will nullify and reverse all the clumsy, self-evident, self-invoicing that has drained £2T to £3T from the UK to tax-havens in the past 30 years. The GET OUT OF EUROPE campaign was kick-started by City millionaire and City funded, Nigel Farage MEP.

Despite the failure of Farage’s solo MP, UKIP Party in the May elections; the Tories, the Ivy League Party of the rich, is still vigorously pursuing UKIP’s agenda to leave Europe. The Too-Posh-To-Pay-Tax Party, is utterly determined to sabotage any and all EU attempts at intelligent cooperation to reverse tax-evasion and to recover £3 trillion (8 million good jobs) for the UK Treasury. The secret “owners” of the tax-haven assets would rather see Britain follow Greece into bankruptcy, caused by tax-evasion-capital-flight, than pay the back-taxes which are legally due.

We live in interesting times.
