He must assume he is immune to retaliation from the most powerful families and groups; which backs up the psychiatric diagnosis of the serious mental illness, Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). He can dish it out - but he can't take it. Trump thinks he is above and beyond all social and political checks and balances that curb the rest of us "Losers" and keep America safe from mad dictators exercising power.
