BREXIT BULLSHIT, PEDDLED BY SPIVS & LIARS; SWALLOWED BY MORONIC LEAVERS |
Theresa May loses Brexit vote by crushing margin of 149 - and is now expected to come out against no-deal
13 March 2019
Mrs May loses the Brexit vote (again) by 149 - and loses her voice (again). Its time for her bed-rest. The UK is punch-drunk with MPs' incompetence.
Brian - What is missing, suppressed, from all news and
commentaries is the bleeding obvious.“Stop Brexit” and so respect the Will of
the present 2019 Majority. i.e. 500 MPs and 54% of voters.
A senior politician
has to have the wit and courage to lead the timid, docile herd, currently
bewitched bothered and bewildered by the shaven-headed, tattooed thugs being stirred up by Rees-Mogg, Farage, and the gang of Leavers, to the conclusion that we need our trade with Europe.
Cancel the past 3 years. – Noel

Subject: A Question of Logic
A Question of Logic
If one was to assume, in relation to any problem:
1. that there were only three possible solutions
A - Definite Yes
B - Default Yes
C - Definite No
2. that possibilities A and B had been ruled out, and
3. that the solution had to be achieved by a set deadline,
then doesn’t logic dictate that (a) Solution C is the only
remaining possibility, and (b) it must be achieved by the deadline. (Or,
in the words of my favourite detective, Sherlock Holmes, when one has
eliminated all the likely possibilities, then the answer has to be an unlikely
one, or words to that effect.)
Now, if we agree to the above, let's apply this to our favourite
page-turner, Brexit:
1. If A - the Definite Yes is the Theresa May’ s Brexit Deal, and
this has now been eliminated,
2. If B - the Default Yes - is a No Deal Brexit, and as one can
reasonably be assumed will be eliminated this evening, and
3. If C - the Definite No - represents No Brexit,
Then, C - No Brexit, is the only logical solution.
Going a little further;
1. Since Mrs May has already had A ruled out by the House of
Commons yesterday evening, and,
2. Since she will no doubt have B (which she has always said she
never wanted anyway) eliminated by the Commons this evening, and
3. Since she has always said that C wasn’t even to be contemplated
as a solution (not the “Will of the People”)
Then isn’t the logical outcome that there are no solutions which
she acknowledges to exist? If we agree this, and logic dictates that we must, then
there is no purpose in her remaining in charge of whatever the future may hold
for Brexit. There is no role for her, and she must resign.
What am I missing?
Bewitched, bothered and befuddled Brian
